RE(OPENING) OF THE PORTO STORE
On October 2, Kinda re(opened) its store in Porto. An important milestone in the development and consolidation of the brand nationwide. Led by a new team; Kinda intends to differentiate itself in the market not only for its strong identity and its Portuguese origins; but also for the proposal of unique home decor solutions.
The store in Porto represents an indisputable marker in the history of the brand. It was precisely in this city that it all started; with the opening of one of the largest stores in its category. During the temporary closure of the store for the confinement; the team decided to give new life to its first “home”. Then for a period of six months, in a completely autonomous way, it proceeded with the total renovation of the space. Now the brand introduces a more intimate store; where each corner tells a story and the visitor is invited to explore the many solutions that Kinda offers.
Present in Portugal since 2018; Kinda has been gaining notoriety for its strong personality and its own style. The brand defends the idea that homes should not have to be the same; the world is made up of different opinions, tastes and experiences. Kinda celebrates these differences through an eclectic selection of products so that each home can express its personality and originality. “Years ago, homes used to have personality, we inherited or collected objects; each home had a character and a history, something that was lost with today’s consumerism. Kinda tries to bring that personality back to the home; and we believe that it is precisely this originality that brings happiness to people. ” – John Leitão.
