AKILLIS is a French high jewelry brand, with a strong contemporary design. In order to expand the brand’s activities in the Portuguese market, AKILLIS requested Sparkling PR’s support with business development activities.

THE PROJECT
Sparkling PR devised a business development strategy, introducing the client to the top retailers in Portugal; specialized in high jewelry. This was achieved by the:
- Personal presentation of the brand to a selection of retailers
- Scheduling of a first 3-day Portugal visit with the client for market research and benchmarking purposes
- Securing meetings with exclusive retailers during this visit
- Follow-up of the meetings and engaging retailers into following meetings
- Preparation for a second visit and round of meetings
- Presentation of the brand to select media and negotiation of articles
